Lawn-Boy 10736 High Wheel Push Gas Walk Behind Lawn Mower, 21-Inch with Honda Engine

I got this Lawn-Boy mower for a vacant lot next to my house on the Oregon Coast. Boy, do I love it. It started up instantly upon taking it out of the box and easily setting it up. The lot I mowed is very uneven with lots of small hills and dips. This mower was a champ going over the entire area easily and leaving the grass looking beautiful. It easily cut through some areas of seagrass and over some taller weeds that had sprouted up. When I was done the lawn looked like a professional service had come and mowed it. I only had to empty the bag twice for the entire area. The bag seemed larger than most lawnmowers so it cut my mowing time considerably. The worst part of lawnmowing, for me, is emptying the bag. Since I only had to do it twice speaks volumes about how much I love this Lawn-Boy mower. It had adjustable height which was simple to figure out. It was easy to push because the big wheels just ripped across the lawn like nobody's business. I usually prefer self-propelled mowers but this mower seemed just as simple as most self-propelled models. 2 years ago I bought a mower that said "Guaranteed to Start" across the front of it. That mower is now in the repair shop because I about pulled my shoulder out of its socket trying to get it started. So much for that guarantee. No problems, so far, with this mower. this is the best starting mower I've ever used, UPS dropped it off, I tore into the box, pulled out an awesome looking mower, installed the handle and grass catcher, checked all the nuts and bolts, filled it up with oil that was supplied in the box and poured in some gas, pulled the rope one time and she fired right up....mows great too :) easy to maneuver, not too heavy, it is a fine mower but I still hate to mow LOL - Customer Reviews
